Test Kit Assembly Machines - Manual Load Machines
Although each assembly machine is designed and built according to the requirements of each individual customer, there are basic shared features of these machines. We offer both fully automatic product component loading, and manual component loading.
Manual Load Test Kit Assembly Machine
The operators will load the components onto in-feed conveyors. This is a one-up rotary table style assembly machine with manual load of cassettes. Operator will load base of cassette correctly oriented on the in-feed conveyor. Operator will load tops on conveyor, correctly oriented. Strip loading, on the in-feed conveyor, there will be slots for operators to load strips, correctly oriented.
This Manual Load Test Kit Assembly Machine will product 25 to 30 parts per minute.
Cycle of Operations for Manual Load Test Kit Assembly Machine
Station 1 - System picks base and loads onto next.
Station 2 - Sensor verifies load.
Station 3 - Strip is picked from conveyor, positioned correctly for accuracy, then placed.
Station 4 - Sensors verify correct load.
Station 5 - Lid is picked and placed.
Station 6 - Closer station adjustable force.
Station 7 - Eject station.
Station 8 - Reject station.
Optional - Desiccant loader for placing a desiccant in the plastic body of the test kit is for tablet style system.
